CJ Logistics America to Open New, State-of-the-Art Cold Storage Warehouse in Georgia

This development project is being led by RL Cold, a leader in the cold storage development industry. CJ Logistics expands global e-commerce shipping services

The logistics arm of conglomerate CJ Group has secured a global e-commerce platform client to deliver products internationally, according to industry sources on Dec. 13. CJ Logistics will build a global distribution center (GDC) at Incheon International Airport to shorten the average shipping time within the Asia-Pacific region from the current seven days to two to three days.

Under the name of “W Care,” the retailer plans to offer various products related to women’s wellness and reproductive health, such as menstrual pads, underwear and vaginal cleansers.

CJ Onstyle teams with Google for live commerce content on YouTube

CJ Onstyle, a home shopping unit of South Korean food and entertainment giant CJ Group, announced that it had recently formed a partnership with Google to start supplying live commerce content on YouTube. The move is a part of the company’s efforts to expand its viewer base towards the leaders of consumption trends in their 20s and 30s, who are used to YouTube, as well as to strengthen consumer contact points.
